Northern Ireland faces a significant mental health challenge at work and we need to help people thrive at work and this conference will showcase the “green shoots” of good practice in Northern Ireland. The Mental Health Charter can help employers /trade unions to meet the mental health core standards in the Stevenson and Farmer Report.
